4br - 1 Private Bedroom, 4 bed/2bath apartment in UCity (3200 Chestnut S in Philadelphia, PA

Hello! I'm looking for a leasee to take over my lease at Chestnut Square starting at the end of March until the end of September. It's a four bedroom and two bathroom apartment, so you would get your own room and share a bathroom with one other person. Some furniture is provided, including a bed, desk, night stand, a sliding mirror closet, and two sets of drawers. The bathroom is a vanity style and very spacious. My apartment specifically is a corner apartment, so I only have one neighbor on my floor. (Very convenient if you don't like too many noises/smells.) My rent is currently $1008/month and includes utilities and Internet. (The website says it's $1069, but since I secured early housing my rate is discounted and then transfers to you if you take my lease.) There is also a movie theater, on-site laundry, computer labs, a pool table, study lounge, arcade, virtual golf, and gym in the apartment building open to all residents. We are next door to Yogorino and half a minute walk to Joe Coffee and Shake Shack. Also, we're only a three minute walk from 30th street station. The neighborhood is on a college campus with a lot of public safety officers so it's very safe. To give you a picture, my roommates are 20-21, junior year students. One is a graphic design major at Drexel, one is international studies also at Drexel , and the other is a nursing student at UPenn. They're very nice and like to cook, play tennis, and host movie nights. They don't party much, so if you're looking for a pleasant, relaxed environment, please message if you're interested!
