Temple University Apartment Sublet in Philadelphia, PA

Looking to sublet my room of a 2 bedroom apartment from now until August 21st. 5 min walk from campus! $800 each month including all utilities/int/TV. We can negotiate a cheaper price depending on entry in July and August can also be negotiated. Bedroom is large with 2 closets. Living room is much larger. Pharmacy and store in building and Temple train station is 1 min around the corner. Some furniture will be included such as a dining table and futon. There is a stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher and the washer/dryer in the apt. One bathroom shared with roommate who is better than great. The building also has a small gym and apparently is one of the greenest buildings in Philadelphia. The neighborhood is one of the better parts of N. Philly. We have friendly neighbors and I cannot recall any major disturbances in the surrounding blocks.You will have an apartment mate. He is an unbelievable and respectable guy so Ill be straight and ask that if you tend to be a nuisance, pain, or cant be fun at times please dont bother contacting me.
