Need drawings for permit on a residential project? I'm a licensed architect in PA and have 16 years of experience. The projects I've worked on include remodels, kitchen and bathroom renovations, small and large additions. $2,000-4,000 for most projects where the Owner and/or Contractor know what design they want. I will survey the existing conditions and produce the needed drawings for you to obtain a permit.
