Teddy Bear Puppies (Shih Tzu / Bichon in Philadelphia, PA

Two teddy bear puppies. Teddy bear is the name given to puppies that are a mixture of shih tzu and bichon. These puppies are 9 weeks old. One male, one female. They are up to date on shots and dewormed. A shot record will be provided. They are hypoallergenic (they do not shed) great for those of you with allergies.
