Director of Finance $[removed phone]K Growth Not for Profit organization seeks Financial Professional with ten (10)+ years financial non profit background who wants to make a difference! This position has overall financial responsibility for the accuracy of the financial statements and all other financial info regarding the company. The Director of Finance is part of the Management team responsible for maintaining the fiscal efficiency and accountability of the organization and reports to the Executive Director and Board of Directors. The Director of Finance will prepare or review all daily and monthly reports, including posting of general ledger, cash flow analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly financial statements. Additional duties include overseeing the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions as well as be held responsible for all financial computer systems and reporting.The perfect candidate will be a CPA or MBA and be detail oriented. Must be well versed in various non profit accounting software (Blackbaud, Sage, Raisers Edge), and possess excellent MS EXCEL skills. Accounting software conversion background ++. The expertise to be hands on and a doer are prerequisites to be successful in this position. Other important duties include the review and analysis of financial and operational results, developing budgets and forecasting expenses for operating programs and projects.
