MINT condition 2006 Jayco 34 Jflight+boat light in Philadelphia, PA

I am selling my almost new 34FSK Jayco Jayflight Trailer complete with all the bells and whistles. This includes surround sound, 2 tv direct tv receivers, spotlesslessly clean along with my 14 boat with outboard motor and trailer and all equipment for fishing, waterskiing and crabbing. They are located by Holts Landing State Park by Bethany Beach De. This trailer was purchased brand new from Ocean View RV's in De. and was in Tuckahoe Acres. I moved it back farther to not be exposed to any Nor'easters. It has never taken any water, there is no coresion, or damage of any sort. There are two entrances, a full awning, attached, never used and outside storage and grill. It is un a corner lot easy to move under a tree. The outside just needs to be hosed from winter. It was winterized always, professionally done and mounted to prserve the tires. I have opened it again this year. My ex husbands 94 year old mother moved in with him and i have no one to go with. I am very sad to sell it. The place where it is located would be happy to let you in and/or take you around the grounds if you want to stay there but want another site or i can come down and take you through. I paid $27,000 new without the upgrades and $4000 for the boat and accessories. I have the model and serial number and the VIN number and all original paperwork. The applicances were never used except the refrigerator. In the past two years it was used twice. In perfect condition.
